Why is it worth automating tests?
According to Anthéa, "the fact of automating saves time for both IT and the business, we will have real-time feedback of bugs with the level of criticality and the category, accompanied by a screenshot or a video, which means that the correction can be very fast at the time of the feedback. Mr Suricate can also report bugs about companies' service providers before they are even informed, which makes the customer experience much smoother.
Anthéa Pernaud's tips for improving the customer experience on her site:
- Paying attention to relevance and stability of prices throughout the course of a journey
- Test the coupon codes set up during large campaigns
- Make sure that all CSS and visual elements are always present
- Test as soon as the recipe environment in order to have a production with more and more serenity and quality
- Automate the scenarios according to objectives
